Portillo Ski Camp

The iconic training venue of many national teams including Canada, USA, Norway and Austria is known for reliable training conditions and luxurious accommodations.
Training Dates: July 27th to August 7th on snow (12 days)
Flights to Santiago: recommended arrival in Santiago on July 26th and spend the night in the city. Shuttle to Portillo early morning of the 27th and ski the afternoon. Transfer to Portillo and depart August 7th for a late evening flight home after a morning of skiing. See below for recommended flights.
About Portillo, Chile
World Cup and FIS teams choose Portillo for reliable training conditions and take advantage of the lack of jet lag coming from North America. Once at the resort, all guests have an all-inclusive experience in either the iconic yellow Hotel Portillo, the private Chalets, or affordable bunk accommodations in the Inca or Octogon lodges. Everyone eats together in the Hotel dining room.
Travel & Lodging Information
For training only adult, families and junior campers, please reach out to the Hotel Portillo and mention that you will be attending the PratteSki camp to arrange the accommodations of your choice. More details can be found on their web page, and the following brochure. though availability is limited when booking online and should be completed by email. For reservations, please email reservations@skiportillo.com and copy daniela@skiportillo.com while mentioning you will be joining the PratteSki group. All Ski Week bookings in Portillio include a complementary night at the Ritz where we will stay on July 26th.
All accommodations include ski passes & 4 meals a day.
Airport transfers from Santiago to the Ritz Carlton, then to Portillo and back are included in camp registrations. Additional seats for family members not participating in training camp may be booked for 250$CAD/person.
All “Ski Week” bookings in the Hotel Portillo include a complimentary one-night stay in the Ritz Carlton Santiago for the evening of July 26th. Inca Lodge, Octogon or Chalet bookings do not include this.
We recommend flights arriving in Santiago on July 26th, check in at the Ritz begins at 3:00PM local time.
We will depart Portillo by shuttle on the afternoon of August 7th after a morning of skiing for flights departing Santiago in the evening.

Training Only: Adults, Families and Jr
Includes daily technical free skiing and gate training guided by our world class coaches and video review sessions. Camp will be focus on Slalom and GS with dedicated free ski days for each followed by multi-day gate training blocks. Airport transfer from the Ritz to Portillo and back to Santiago included.
Junior All Inclusive
In addition to the training only program, the Junior All Inclusive program includes all accomodations and meals in the door rooms of the Inca or Octogon lodge with supervision by our coaches. Ages 14 and up. Please be aware that Chile has restrictions for minors traveling without their parents in and out of the country and children under 18 need a variety of paperwork authorizing a legal guardian to travel with them. Payment Options
We offer customers the choice between payment in full at time of booking and a 35% deposit with the balance due 30 days before the camp begins. All prices are per skier and subject to applicable taxes.
