About Mt. Hood
Beyond Mt. Hood's legendary summer skiing conditions on Palmer Glacier, its unique Pacific Northwest terrain, and its dedication to maintaining pristine race training venues, is an experience so unique that it's hard to measure. It's about the consistent summer snow conditions, the welcoming mountain atmosphere, and a vibe that encourages visitors to push their limits.
For young people (Junior racers, families or school trips), we provide an abundance of activities including swimming in the Collins Lake Resort pools, hiking the nearby trails, mountain biking, and exploring the charming Government Camp village for some great ice cream and local treats!
Après Ski for adults features dining at local favorites, excursions to nearby attractions like Trillium Lake and Mirror Lake, and plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment in the Mt. Hood area. It's a perfect location for adults to enjoy, whether they are coming solo for performance training, coming with the family, a team or group of friends, or attending a corporate conference or retreat.
Schedule
Each session includes 3 days of Slalom and 3 days of Giant Slalom. Multi-session campers will have one rest day on Saturdays between training blocks.
Daily Training Only Schedule
- Load lift at 7:00
- Start Training 7:45
- Juice & Snack Break 9:30
- End Training 12:00
- Download lift 12:15
- Video session 2:00-4:00
Flexible Camp Types & Length
Our Training Only Adult and Family camps are ideal for adult athletes or family affairs for campers of all ages and experience levels. If you'd rather arrange your own lodging and meals, we will provide our world class coaches and training environment with lift tickets and gate training with a daily video analysis session.
Our camps come in 6, 12, and 18 days of training. Between each 6 day training block is a rest day to recover or travel days for those coming or leaving.
Payment Options
We offer customers the choice between payment in full at time of booking and a 35% deposit with the balance due 30 days before the camp begins. All prices are per skier and subject to applicable taxes.
Lodging Adults, Families and Training only athletes are recommended to book lodging at Collins Lake Resort, featuring pools, hot tubs, and convenient shuttle access to the mountain. Other accomodations in the area are available for your convinience.
