By the age of ten, he was attending his first race ski camp. He joined the Quebec ski team and later raced for the Canadian ski team for five years. He went on to race in the European Cup and the World Cup and in 1984, began coaching the Canadian National Alpine ski team. He then moved on to coach the Women’s World Cup Canadian ski team. Michel is passionate about his work: “Once I’m on the slopes working with the people, I’m in my element. Additionally, Ken spent several years as ski technician, mastering the craft of keeping skis fast and teaching others to do so. On snow he brings all of his program development experience and strategic vision into action, guiding athletes to meet their goals while ensuring a safe and productive environment is maintained.
